“Here to Help” was a campaign for CVS Health that introduced mental health services at MinuteClinic locations. The goal was to communicate this in a way that felt serious, supportive, and deeply human. Because mental health is such an important and sensitive topic, we focused on a tone that was gentle and honest—acknowledging the real impact mental health can have on people’s lives while also emphasizing accessibility and care. The campaign balanced empathy with reassurance, showing that support was not only available, but close by and easy to reach.
